How to configure which users answer incoming calls?

Go to “Numbering and incoming config”, click on “Configure” of the configuration you want to change, in the “Ring groups” tab, here you can indicate which users receive incoming calls.

You can also configure the maximum waiting time for users before hanging up or switching to the general answering machine and how you want the users who answer the calls to be called (all at once, sequentially, etc.). See the help section for more information on how to set this up.
