How can I make and receive calls with Monema?
With Monema you can make and receive calls using any of these options:
With your own mobile phone using the Monema App
In this case, calls are made using your mobile data plan or WiFi connection.
Incoming calls will be free but outgoing calls will be deducted from the voucher or charged for if the voucher has been used up.
You can also opt for the ‘Poor data coverage mode’ which allows you to make calls to and from your mobile phone using conventional telephony. Only for when the possibility of using the internet is a problem.
With the Monema App on your PC
Puede usar simultáneamente la aplicación de Monema en su equipo y en el móvil.
Las llamadas recibidas serán gratuitas pero las salientes si se descuentan del bono o se tarifican si el bono se ha agotado.
With a desktop or cordless IP telephone
In this case, please contact Monema info@monema.com support with your terminal model to guide you through the configuration.
With any of the three modes you can choose the caller ID, transfer calls, record them and integrate them with your CRM.
You can also use several simultaneously, for example have an IP phone or the Monema desktop app in your office and use the Monema app on your smartphone for when you are in another location.
