<h2>Demo account</h2><p>You can set up a test (demo) PBX free of charge by following these steps:</p><ol><li>Click on the link below and enter your email address so we can send you the confirmation email.<ul><li><a href="https://www.monema.es/en/try-our-virtual-pbx-for-free/">https://www.monema.es/en/try-our-virtual-pbx-for-free/</a></li></ul></li><li>Once sent, check your email and click on "<strong>Confirm email</strong>" after which you will be redirected to a form where you will need to enter some information before you can create your PBX.&nbsp;<br><span style="color:hsl(0,0%,30%);"><i>*If you have not received it, please check your Spam box or write to us at </i></span><a href="mailto:info@monema.com?subject=I would like to try Monema"><span style="color:hsl(0,0%,30%);"><i>info@monema.com</i></span></a><span style="color:hsl(0,0%,30%);"><i> directly.</i></span></li><li>Once you have filled in the form, click on "<strong>Create account</strong>".</li></ol><p>With this you will have already created the PBX, test it and do not hesitate to ask us anything you need.</p><h2>Contract</h2><p>You must have previously created a demo account. Once you have tested the PBX or the 7 day trial period has passed and you wish to continue using the service, click on the ‘<strong>Upgrade</strong>’ button on your PBX panel. You will be asked to review your billing details.</p><p>Finally, you will have to choose a plan from the ones we offer (detailed in the window).</p><p>With this you would have a fully functional virtual PBX.</p>

<p>With Monema you can make and receive calls using any of these options:</p><h2>With your own mobile phone using the Monema App</h2><p>In this case, calls are made using your mobile data plan or WiFi connection.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Incoming calls will be free but outgoing calls will be deducted from the voucher or charged for if the voucher has been used up.&nbsp;<br>You can also opt for the ‘Poor data coverage mode’ which allows you to make calls to and from your mobile phone using conventional telephony. Only for when the possibility of using the internet is a problem.</p><h2>With the Monema App on your PC</h2><p>Puede usar simultáneamente la aplicación de Monema en su equipo y en el móvil.&nbsp;<br>Las llamadas recibidas serán gratuitas pero las salientes si se descuentan del bono o se tarifican si el bono se ha agotado.</p><h2>With a desktop or cordless IP telephone</h2><p>In this case, please contact Monema <a href="mailto:info@monema.com?Subject=Desktop phone">info@monema.com</a> support with your terminal model to guide you through the configuration.</p><hr><p>With any of the three modes you can choose the caller ID, transfer calls, record them and integrate them with your CRM.</p><p>You can also use several simultaneously, for example have an IP phone or the Monema desktop app in your office and use the Monema app on your smartphone for when you are in another location.</p><p><strong>🛈</strong> For more details on how to download the applications see the following article: "<a href="https://monema.productfruits.help/en/article/how-to-download-the-monema-app"><strong>How to download the Monema APP</strong></a>".</p>
