# Ports and protocols used in the Monema App

Monema App

The **router** or **firewall** must not block the following ports to ensure smooth communication without interruptions or other problems.

-   **Disable SIP ALG on routers** \- It may interfere with SIP traffic.
-   **443** **TCP** (HTTPS) - To connect to the Monema API (login, contacts, history, etc.).
-   **5084** **TCP** \- Used for registration.
-   **4444** **TCP** \- Check presence/status.
-   **10000-20000** **UDP** \- RTP audio packets.

Contact your internet provider or IT specialist if you do not know how to perform this operation safely.
