# How can I see my voice mail messages?

PBX Control panel

Click on the **Voicemail** section in the bar at the bottom, there you will be able to view your voicemail messages.

To give permission to a user to the company's general answering machine, you can do it in the section **Numbering and incoming config**, click on the **Edit** button of the configuration you want > **General voicemail** \> **Users with access to general voicemail**.
